BLESSING IN DISGUISE

As the heading reads, I have experienced a lot of blessings in disguise in my short span of life. I would pen here a few of them. I hope you would like this blog and it has a positive impact in your life. Please fursat se padhe.

So the story begins from my school life when I had just entered in class 10. Exaggerated by my tution teacher I was really all set to grab a position in the top 10 list of state candidates. But this was all in my mind. I used to think that nothing could stop me. I became overconfident. And boom !!I fell into a really unwanted relationship that was all good but became toxic at the end, which not only ruined my friendship with her but both of ours marks in the boards. Our break-up happened a month before the board exams and also a day before science exam my father's health became critical and he had to be shifted to hospital urgently. I was full of grief, that was the worst day of my life, i was hell downtrodden when I appeared for my science subject. As a result I got only 75 marks in science subject. For a boy who wanted to pursue his future in science this low marks in science subject was really aweful. I knew I would not get admission in any reputed College except for my secondary school. But as I look today I don't regret those days. Here is the simple reason. Had I scored very well I would have gone to Cotton college and my friends from cotton College scored even lesser than me in HS exam. I have a example at my home only. My own brother did worst even studying in Cotton college. So somehow it turned a BLESSING IN DISGUISE for me. I was exempted from paying the half fees by the principal of the school. And since it was closer to my home. I really didn't had any trouble unlike my friends from cotton University who had to take bus to reach college.

When I entered class 11, now I knew that I would not do the same lame mistake of falling in relationship again and would purely concentrate on my studies. I really studied hard in my class 11. My aim became to grab a seat in any prestigious NIT in my first attempt only. Unaware of the storm ahead I dedicated myself wholly in studies. Eleven was a wonderful phase. I had scored very decent in final. I was a recognised student in coaching class too. I was enjoying the fame.

And then the storm arrived in the form of year 2018. At the beginning itself we had  to shift from our old home to new home which took about 1 month of construction. And I could barely study in this span. Lagging behind 1 month was no issue for me. I prepared myself to come back once again. And started preparing in my new home. After the completion of the new home my parents left for village for a few days. And i was left alone. And boom!! my house was robbed. It was a shock for me. My laptop, phone has been stolen, all my savings were lost. I started blaming myself for that. I really went into depression for about 2 weeks. It was really hard for me to overcome that fear. I still get horrified and afraid when i remember those morning scenes from that robbery day. God decided to add some extra chilli sauce in my already fucked up life. And so in that year only, my father's treatment took around 3 moths to be successful. The only bread earner of the family was admitted for more than 3 months in hospital. Yet another disturbing phase in my preparation of jee.  I got behind by the passing of every single day. All the recognition that I received from teachers faded. I was ignored by the teachers the same way my crush ignores me now. Was not able to do even a simple problem given by the teacher in tution.I fucked it all up. I got only 79% in boards and 91.25 percentile in my jee mains(couldn't sit for Jee advance). I had no option other than joining state funded government engineering college.

And this was another blessing in disguise moment in my life. I will tell you how. If somehow i had been able to grab a seat in NIT. It would have cost around 2.50 lakhs per annum(admission fee+hostel fee). Around 10 lakhs for engineering from NIT which I will complete now in even less than 2lakhs(admission fee+hostel fee) for the entire engineering course, which accounts for even less than 50k a year. My father could have afford the fees of NIT but I probably would not have been able to continue my education after graduation. And I want to study even after completing my BTech. Plus I have a brother too. I can't just spend all my father's money on me. I have to look after him also. So this also became BID for me.

Another incident.

I had got a decent rank in my CEE exam and I could have easily got a seat of my preference in AEC. But due to some issues with my PRC i could not transfer my college. I became hopeless. I really do not wanted to go that far away from my family. But this turned again a BID for me. I experienced hostel life.  JEC is so lucky for me that I even got a scholarship of around 4 lakhs which is much more than what i need to spend for my entire four year in JEC.I doubt i had got this scholarship studying in AEC. Plus the ragging/torture i had to suffer in my hostel taught me how to maintain a calm demeanor and control my anger. It really shaped me into a mature person from an exuberant arrogant kid.

This lockdown has been the best BID for me. I came to realise many things. Firstly my aim in life. What i had really enjoyed doing from my childhood. My interest has always been more in general knowledge than anything else. I utilised this lockdown to the fullest gaining all the information about my passion ahead.  I am finally preparing for something which I think is made for me.Had it all gone smooth right from the beginning it would not have been possible to become what i want to be in future. I came to realise my love for Krishna, his real worth. And the power of his devotion in this lockdown only.

Another sweet BID  i would say. I discovered that I have robust feeling for a girl after getting away from her. I realised her impact and importance in my life much later( I know i am an idiot ).  Although I know the harsh reality that a pure soul like her would never accept me by cheating on her parents. I still want my feelings to remain same for her always. Because in this way i can avoid other toxic girls or falling into relationship with any other person who can become a barrier in my career ahead. I have more trust in her than I have in myself . Since I know this would be a one sided love forever I can really not expect anything more from  her except for her sincere care for me and as such I can focus on my career and aim by avoiding falling for fake beauties . Lol🀣🀣 another BID for meπŸ˜…πŸ˜…. If you ever get into one sided love don't lament. Utilies it, the way I am doing 🀣🀣

God is great. Everything is happening for a cause. At the end it will all be perfect.

"Not everything I have wanted has manifested. This has usually been a blessing in disguise. Too many times I've believed that i wanted and needed something, but it was all for the wrong reasons. Over the years I've gained clarity and sighed with releif for not getting what I thought was surely meant for me. Often, I've not got what I wanted , only to find later that I've been blessed with even more."

Lord Krishna said in GITA-" WHATEVER HAPPENED WAS FOR GOOD. WHATEVER IS HAPPENING IS FOR GOOD. AND WHATEVER WILL HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE WILL BE FOR GOOD ONLY. WE ONLY NEED NOT TO THINK ABOUT THE FRUIT OF OUR ACTIVITY AND PERFORM OUR DUTIES."

That was all. I know it became lengthy. But anyway please share in the comment section if any BID moment happened in your life too, if you wish to share. Else please give your valuable comment so that i can improve. Thank you.
